We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable General Construction Worker to join our construction team. In this role, you will assist with a wide range of on-site tasks, support skilled tradespeople, and help ensure construction projects run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

📋 Key Responsibilities

As a General Construction Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with daily construction site activities and general labour tasks.
• Handling, moving, and loading/unloading construction materials.
• Preparing work areas and maintaining a clean, organized job site.
• Supporting tradespeople with basic construction tasks as required.
• Operating hand tools and basic power tools safely.
• Following site safety procedures, WHS regulations, and company policies.
• Assisting with site setup, demolition, and cleanup works.

🧑‍🔧 Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Previous experience in construction or general labouring (preferred but not essential).
• Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and site safety practices.
