🔍 Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Concrete Finisher to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for pouring, levelling, smoothing, and finishing concrete surfaces to ensure long-lasting, high-quality outcomes across construction projects.

📋 Key Responsibilities

As a Concrete Finisher, your responsibilities will include:

• Pouring, spreading, and levelling concrete using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Smoothing and finishing surfaces using trowels, floats, and other finishing equipment.
• Ensuring correct concrete texture, edges, and finishes according to project specifications.
• Monitoring concrete curing processes and applying finishing compounds where required.
• Repairing surface imperfections and cracks.
• Working closely with site supervisors and construction teams.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Following WHS regulations, safety procedures, and company policies at all times.

🧑‍🔧 Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should have:

• Previous experience as a Concrete Finisher or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of concrete pouring, finishing, and curing techniques.
• Ability to read and follow plans, levels, and site instructions.
• Good physical fitness and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of construction safety standards.
