Since founding Next Tier Innovations in 2021, Cameron McKinnar has built NTI as a specialist remediation and infrastructure partner,
engineered for scale and long-term performance. With more than 30 years’ experience across civil construction, mining, and major
infrastructure, he brings senior leadership across strategy, commercial outcomes, and project delivery. Cameron is known for setting high
standards, building high-performing teams, and creating the systems, governance, and operational structure that position NTI for sustained
growth and stability across the Australian market.

Enan Kenyon leads Next Tier Innovations’ NSW operations, providing operational oversight and front-line leadership across complex building
and infrastructure environments. With almost 10 years’ industry experience, he brings a strong delivery background as a Site Manager,
known for maintaining programme momentum, driving site performance, and executing works to specification. A graduate of Sheffield Hallam
University, he has delivered projects across the UK, Europe, and Australia, bringing a disciplined, solutions-driven approach across
NTI’s project portfolio.
